Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Frazzled and Frayed. We appreciate your business. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

Though we strive to provide exceptional products and services, there are times when a customer may receive an item that has defects or damages. When this happens we want to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

If your product is damaged or defective you have 30 days to return your product and receive a refund, or exchange if requested and available.

Returns will only be accepted for damaged or defected items. Due to the personal nature of our products we can not accept any other returns.

Returns will only be accepted in the original packaging with the original receipt of the purchase so please keep these until you have thoroughly inspected the item for damages or defects.

Refunds

We at Frazzled and Frayed commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Frazzled and Frayed is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Shipping

Frazzled and Frayed will maintain responsibility for return shipping costs. Every return shipping is paid by Frazzled and Frayed, even if the item didn’t have free shipping originally.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity, unique style, and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Frazzled and Frayed may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Frazzled and Frayed reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Frazzled and Frayed confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Frazzled and Frayed will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
